Using MEA

MEA provides browsing, collection, styling and membership features for luxury handbags. You may use MEA for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not scrape, resell, interfere with or redistribute MEA data or services without permission.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and using only your own account. An MEA account has feature limits, including up to three bags in My Wardrobe. Archived bags count towards that limit.

MEA+ membership

MEA+ provides access to additional features, including Wishlist and Travel, subject to fair use (see Fair use and service limits). Play is not currently available. Any paid arrangement applies only after you choose and confirm an available membership offer. Creating an account alone does not create a paid membership.

MEA+ paid membership

MEA+ costs A$9.99 a month or A$99 a year. There is no free trial. Payment is taken when you join.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time in My Account. You keep MEA+ until the end of the period you've paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, MEA+ continues for 7 days after your paid period ends while you update your card. If your first payment doesn't go through, MEA+ doesn't start.

Refund requests are considered case by case. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Fair use and service limits

AI-powered features, such as styling sessions and Style DNA, are subject to reasonable monthly and short-term usage limits. These limits protect service availability and security, and guard against unusually high processing costs.

Free accounts include 3 styling sessions a month. MEA+ includes generous styling access, subject to fair use. Normal use should not ordinarily reach MEA's technical safety limits. MEA does not describe a limited service as unlimited.

Where practical, MEA will let you know before you reach a monthly limit that applies to you. A failed generation does not count towards an allowance. MEA may slow or temporarily pause unusually high, automated or abusive use.

If MEA makes a material change to the use included with a paid membership, it will tell members about it. Allowances are not stored credit and have no monetary value, and unused use does not roll over unless MEA expressly says otherwise.

Prices and comparisons

Prices in Discover and related comparisons are seller asking prices from a reviewed listing snapshot. They are not confirmed sale prices, appraisals, offers to buy or guarantees. Read How listings work before relying on a comparison.

Third-party listings

Listings lead to third-party sellers. MEA does not control the seller's listing, stock, authentication, condition assessment, delivery, returns or transaction. Check the current listing and seller terms before proceeding. MEA is not a party to a transaction between you and a seller.

Mea and generated content

Mea is an AI stylist. Styling suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable and are provided for inspiration. They do not authenticate or value a bag and are not professional advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MEA is not responsible for loss caused by relying on outdated third-party listing information or generated styling suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

MEA may update these terms when the service changes. The revision date on this page shows when this version was updated.
